Delete in the app
- Sign in to the Plutar account you want to delete.
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Select Delete Account and complete the confirmation.
The app sends an authenticated deletion request. It clears account data from the device only after the Plutar service confirms the server deletion.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot use the in-app control, email support@plutar.net from the email address associated with the account. Use the subject “Plutar Account Deletion Request.”
Do not send your password, sign-in code, bank credentials, or payment information. Plutar may ask for limited additional information to verify account ownership.
Data affected by deletion
After a valid request is confirmed, Plutar deletes the account and associated Plutar-controlled data, including the account profile, active Plutar sessions, saved workspace data, tasks, leads, manual business records, saved Pluto AI conversation data, and stored Plaid connection credentials associated with the account.
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or financial-record obligations. Data controlled independently by Apple, Google Play, a bank, or another payment provider is governed by that provider.
Deleting a Plutar account does not itself cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage an active subscription in the store account used to purchase it.
Verification and timing
Authenticated in-app requests are processed when the service confirms the deletion. Support requests are processed after Plutar verifies account ownership. Plutar completes verified requests as reasonably practicable and within any period required by applicable law; no shorter fixed period is promised on this page.
Deletion is permanent. Create a new account only if you want to use Plutar again after deletion.
