Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Plutar subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store.

1. App Store Purchases

Starter and Business subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment and controls refund eligibility for those transactions.

2. Refund Requests

  • Request a refund for an App Store purchase directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Apple reviews refund requests under its applicable policies and local law.
  • Plutar Support can help identify an account or subscription state, but cannot approve or issue an App Store refund.

3. Cancellations

  • Manage or cancel a Plutar subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings.
  • Cancel before renewal to prevent the next App Store charge.
  • Deleting Plutar, signing out, or deleting a Plutar account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

4. Introductory and Promotional Offers

If an introductory or promotional offer is available, the price, duration, eligibility, and renewal terms shown by the App Store before purchase control.

5. Support

For help identifying your Plutar account or current access state, email support@plutar.net. Never send your Apple Account password or password-reset code.
