Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when payments may or may not be refunded for Plutar services and software.

1. Digital Access and Setup

Workspace access, onboarding, setup, and other digital services may begin immediately after payment or trial activation. Once digital access or setup work has started, those amounts are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

2. Trials and Promotional Offers

  • Trial and promotional offers are limited as described on the offer page.
  • If a trial includes an upfront payment, that payment is generally non-refundable once the trial has started, unless required by law.
  • If a trial converts into a paid plan, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the next scheduled charge.

3. Monthly Services

  • Monthly service charges are billed in advance for each billing period.
  • You may cancel before the next billing date through the account area when available or by contacting support@plutar.net to avoid future charges.
  • Partial refunds for unused time in a billing period are generally not provided unless required by law or agreed in writing.

4. Custom Projects

Custom project refunds, milestones, and cancellation terms may differ and are controlled by your signed proposal or written agreement.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, contact Plutar first so we can resolve it quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in service suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

6. Exceptions

Refund exceptions may be granted at Plutar's discretion when there is a documented duplicate payment, billing error, or legal requirement.
