1. Services
Plutar provides a business workspace, planning tools, lead and task tracking, account-based saved progress, AI-assisted drafting, and related software features for business users.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when submitting forms or accessing software.
- You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials and verified login access.
- You must keep your account email and payment information current enough for account recovery, billing, and fraud review.
3. Fees, Billing, and Renewals
- Service fees are shown at checkout, in the app, or in your signed proposal.
- Paid plans are recurring subscriptions unless a page or written agreement clearly says otherwise.
- When you start a paid subscription, you authorize Plutar and its payment processors to charge the recurring amount for your selected plan until you cancel.
- If you start a trial that converts to a paid plan, the post-trial price, trial length, and billing timing shown at checkout control.
- Recurring charges are billed according to your selected plan cadence unless canceled before the next renewal.
- You authorize Plutar and its payment processors to charge the approved amounts.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise in writing.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
- Digital access, setup work, and onboarding may begin immediately after purchase or trial activation and may be non-refundable once delivered or started.
- You may cancel before the next billing cycle through the account area when available or by contacting support@plutar.net.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not usually create a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or stated in writing.
- Custom projects may include separate refund or cancellation terms in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content and data you provide.
- You must comply with laws and platform rules related to messaging, advertising, and customer communication.
- You must not use Plutar services for spam, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
6. No Earnings Guarantee
Plutar does not guarantee revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, or specific business outcomes.
7. Output Disclaimer
Content and workflow outputs are provided for business assistance and should be reviewed before use. They are not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.
8. Intellectual Property
- Plutar retains ownership of Plutar trademarks, branding, and proprietary systems.
- You retain ownership of your business materials and data submitted to Plutar.
- Unless agreed otherwise, Plutar grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use delivered assets for your business.
9. Third-Party Tools
Plutar may integrate third-party services such as hosting, payment processors, email delivery providers, storage providers, analytics tools, and other operational vendors. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free performance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plutar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Plutar from claims arising from your content, business practices, legal violations, or misuse of services.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
Before formal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Plutar operates, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
14. Suspension and Termination
Plutar may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, repeated trial misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violations of these Terms. We may also limit or deny trials or promotional pricing when abuse-prevention systems flag repeated or suspicious activity.
15. Changes to Terms
Plutar may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
